ASIIS Production System Slowness Issue

Dear ASIIS users and partners,
The ASIIS production system has been experiencing performance issues over the past few days, and many of you may be experiencing timeouts when logging in, submitting records electronically, or querying patient history through your interfaces. Our system support team has been notified, and they are working hard to identify the root cause and implement a remedy.
Unfortunately, at this time, we don't have an ETA on when things will return to normal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
